Situated on a hill, with a clear view on the mountains that surround the city, our Bed & Breakfast is based in Hippodrome, one of the most pleasant quartiers of Bamako. Jatigiya is easily accessible and close to the town centre. It is within walking distance of restaurants and bars, and the lively Medina Coura market.
Your hosts
Your hosts are Moussa Fofana, Saskia Brand, and our three sons Demba, Senou, and Dioncounda. After having lived in Mali for two years, we stayed in the Netherlands for almost a decade. We decided to move back to Mali three years ago with a wish to contribute to the development of the country and to enable our children to get to know their Malian background. We occupy the main building of Jatigiya; a separate building is reserved for our guests. The buildings share a common roof terrace.
